Beautiful lake house located less than 5 miles off I-20 in Riverside with stunning views of Logan Martin Lake! This property has its own private boat launch and dock so bring your own pontoon boat or jet skis and make great use of this gorgeous home and property. The house has just been updated with fresh paint and lots of new fixtures and has a large game room for the whole family to enjoy!! As you walk in the front door you will love the wide tile foyer leading in to the very open living room, dining room and kitchen areas that is all one big open and spacious area with tons of windows with great views of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cabinetry and granite countertops and comes with all kitchen appliances including a double door refrigerator, smooth top electric oven, dishwasher and microwave with a blender and toaster oven with lots of cooking utensils and pots and pans. It also has a nice granite bar with extra seating that overlooks the dining area with a new table and 6 chairs and a nice matching buffet for extra storage. The living room features beautiful wooden vaulted ceilings and comes furnished with a very nice couch, loveseat and two matching chairs with a coffee and 2 end tables and a large mounted Smart Tv. It also has a beautiful stacked rock floor to ceiling fireplace with gorgeous hardwood floors and lots of windows with great views of the lake. Just off the living room is a nice kids room with a twin over twin trundle daybed that has a nice flat screen Tv with lots of storage and would be a great area for the children to play with their video games etc with some extra sleeping accommodations if needed. The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a beautiful King Bed with matching dresser, chest and 2 nightstands plus a work desk. It also features double closets, recessed lighting and a large 60 inch Smart Tv! The master bathroom has a garden jetted tub with separate shower, 2 vanities, a towel closet with extra towels and wash cloths and a private toilet room. On the main level there are 2 Queen bedrooms located off either side of the long entrance foyer that have queen beds, matching dressers and night stands with their own flat screen Smart TVs and their own en suite bathrooms. The queen bedroom on the right side has a beautifully tiled walk in shower that is HANDICAPPED accessible with grab bar in the shower, all tile floors with a vanity and toilet. The entry door and all the doors in this bedroom and bathroom are 32” wide which will accommodate most wheel chairs. The fourth bedroom is just off the living room and has 2 full size beds with a matching dresser and a new flat screen Smart Tv. The GAMEROOM!! This property has a really nice gameroom located in the garage that comes with a nice ping pong table, shuffleboard table, an air hockey table, a NFL Blitz 2 player Arcade game, a nice dart board, cornhole boards and Hookey game for the children. There is also a 3 in 1 table for the children with foosball, mini pool table and a mini air hockey table and several other board or card games in the gameroom. There is a small refrigerator and also plenty of seating in the gameroom which makes this a great addition for all the family to enjoy and spend that quality time together!!
