This home is near the Cheaha mountains, 14 miles to Talledega Superspeedway , 6 mi. to Choccolocco Park and the Oxford Exchange mall, 3 nice antique malls, 18 mi to JSU, 8 miles to Cider Ridge Golf course, and very close to all the best local restaurants. The Merrimac house is a 3br/2ba brick rancher that has completely updated With a new metal roof, all new windows, all new flooring, and all new oil rubbed bronze lighting in plumbing fixtures. It has a nice living room with a couch, loveseat and recliner with a 55” smart Tv and features an open concept to the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has bright white cabinets, and new countertops and comes with all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot and all the condiments. It also has a nice pantry and a table with up to six chairs with the leaf put in and a nice size laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing and board. All three bedrooms have fresh paint and carpet and the master bedroom has a queen bed with nightstand, a nice TV stand with an electric fireplace with a 40 inch smart TV and has its own private bathroom with a completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, and new toilet. The second bedroom features a queen size poster bed with two nightstands and a chest with a 40 inch smart TV and the third bedroom features a full over twin trundle bed with a nightstand and a 40 inch smart TV and a small chest inside the closet. It has a really nice and level fenced in backyard with plenty of room for the children to play and an outdoor sofa and 2 chairs to relax and enjoy the outdoors while on your visit.

This is a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood that is just minutes to all the restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, antique shops, golf courses including the Robert Trent Jones golf trail, and has a nice fenced in backyard with corn hole boards just waiting to be played on. Very easy to get in and out and in a very safe area.
