Step back in time with this beautiful and completely updated rancher located in the historic downtown area of Oxford. You will love the location of this home that is situated within walking distance of the downtown Square with several restaurants and shops for you to visit while you are here. You will really like the roominess of this home with every room being spacious and of good size and we think you will really enjoy your visit in this quaint home away from home. This home features a really nice kitchen with tons of cabinetry that has recently been painted and updated with new countertops and comes with all stainless appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher and comes stocked with plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Just off the kitchen there is a nice dining area with a farmhouse style table with four chairs and a bench and some really nice wall decor. All three bedrooms are very spacious with one having a king bed and the other two having queen beds. All three bedrooms have their own smart TVs, and have plenty of clothes storage space if you are going to be staying for a while. There is plenty of seating in the living room as it comes furnished with a couch, loveseat, and a side chair with coffee and end tables and a large 60 inch smart TV. The exterior features a nice side deck that has an outdoor table with six chairs plus has a small garage if you need some covered parking. There is also a basketball goal for the kids to enjoy and we supply a basketball with a pump. There is also a few games located in the closet behind the front entrance door where the basketballs are located.
